How to try the camera*

1.Install the WiZ app v2 from google play:

Please make sure you install the latest version 1.2.1(106) of WiZ app v2:

if the email you used to communicate with WiZ team isn’t the mail you registered for google play, please do let us know.

2. Please feel free to try the camera

How to report bugs and give feedback

You can report bugs and share suggestions here or simply tap the “feedback” button in the app.

if it is the first time you log into canny, you need to register using your google or apple account.

we have grant access for all the beta users with their emails address, if the email address is different from that, you need to send me an email under melco.zhao@signify.com

How to test the camera for us

We need you to help recording the testing experience from unboxing to some simple tasks.

you need to down load the app Userlytics from below link:

then use below code to start the session:

During the recording session, we can hear your voices and your operation on your phone.

please reserve 30 minutes for this testing session and below are some tips to make it easier:

• before doing thte test, close other apps and notification

• try to get a good wifi -signal under 2.4GHz

Coming features::

• SD card full encryption: now, only the video is encrypted, while audio isn’t.

• Manual Recording: recording is now only avaialble for auto detection.  

• Camera automation - Scheduler/ Presence mimicking

• Activity overview

• Payment and subscription

• Intergrations - google, alexa

Known issues:

• error pops up when launch the app, this will not affect the further operation

• music could still play while watching the camera

• If the front size is too big, the UI could be overlapped and affecth the operation
